Reassurance on newborn poo please!

Postby justme123 » Fri Jan 14, 2011 10:09 pm

Hi there!

I have begun building up my stash for when #3 arrives in June, but I am getting a bit nervous! I did use cloth for my first two, but I can't remember really how it worked when they were little, or if I even used it very much right at the beginning. Basically I am worrying about how I will get all that runny bf poo off my beautiful nappies! Do you use a paper liner? Although that won't be very comfy and could compromise the "seal" around the legs especially on AIO or pocket nappies. Or fleece liners? Does it rinse off easily in the toilet? Does it stain?!!

Sorry for the silly questions :D

I didn't do anything different. It just comes off in the wash.

As it's really runny and just made of milk it washes straight off the nappy.

Weaned poo is a different matter!
