Just had great customer service of Casdon toys.
I went to change the batteries this morning of our toy Henry vacuum and found battery acid. So took it outside to clean to avoid getting it on carperts and came back in to get the screwdriver and Connor pulled the vacuum down of our garden table snapping the battery cover. Thought we were going to have to buy a new one for £20 but then found contact details and thought I could buy just a new replacement cover but they are sending it out free of charge. I am impressed!
Didn't think of doing this before so thought it might help others when loved toys get broken.
