Washing your pockets

Hiya,

Im really sleepy today is my reason for maybe a daft question.
I have been reading some of the posts and if your little one just wets a pocket do you all just keep the inserts in the pocket in the wash?
I now have a few pocket and lots of random inserts and forget which seem to work best were when they come out the wash....really need more sleep!! :coffee:

Another question ive got a couple of wonderoo's and ive got it on the medium setting but my DS has no waist so the closest setting around his waist, this means the cover seems to bunch up around the middle and gaps abit round his v. skinny legs. Is it that im just fitting it wrong or just not a good style for him?

Thanks

Chiara. xxxxx

No idea about the wonderoos as I've never used them but it does sound like they're not a great fit atm. Maybe he is between popper settings. I take all inserts out of the pockets before washing them. I don't think they will get clean enough if you leave them inside the pocket. :-?

I always take the inserts out of the pockets, otherwise I find they bunch up and am not convinced they will get clean.

I don't really know about the Wonderoo but they are a pocket that I found bunched up quite a bit anyway. Do they leak - or is it just that they look funny iykwim?

I take all mine out too, just read you can keep them in.

The wonderoo's leak alot on him, he maybe in between you might be right.
Maybe try a differant stuffing, the wonderfulls are great but it means there is so much stuffing at the front with seems to not help. xx

I always take them out when washing.

wonderoos are like that I found. I sold mine on eventually as they just looked so messy compared to other btp pockets. If they are leaking it may be that you are between sizes. Maybe keep them for a bit but if you still cannot get a good fit maybe time to sell them on as they may not suit your lo
