..One Size nappes - How do you adjust???

I am a bit lost as to how you adjust the one size nappies down to the smallest sizes.......

Have you looked on youtube for the brand you are interested in? There are some good videos by the nappy lady and the clean green nappy machine demonstrating various brands and I found these really helpful!

depends which brand you have

But most onesize pockets have poppers on the front which reduce the rise - usually 2 settings.

as pp said, YouTube can be great for instructions on all sorts of things

most have 3 rows of poppers on front, you close bottom row and top row to put on smallest setting and just leave open to have on largest if that makes sense?
