New style Fuzzi Buns LARGE

Does anyone have a Large, new style Fuzzi Buns that they can measure for me please?
I want to try one for Dawn, but I'm not sure if they'll fit her.

The rise is 23cm and they are 18cm across the top when done up and 16cm across the crotch. Does that help? They are definitely bigger than the old style FBs.

hmmm is that measured flat and on smallest snaps? i need the biggest size
