Real Xmas trees?

We buy ours from a local company that grows them about 5 mins walk from our house. Because they are so fresh they don't tend to drop their needles, and with the more expensive varieties we hardly lost any at all last year. I think we paid about £40 for a 7ft tree. We're buying this years next weekend so I'll check then!

we get ours locally, usually around 6/7 feet and costing £3 a foot. We get it 2 weeks before Christmas and keep it in a stand that holds water. I have a tree skirt that holds a lot of the dropped needles which helps when taking it out!

NOrman fir here this year 39.00 for a 6ft tree picked from sherwood forest ( its great fun!) took me and the MIL about an hour if not longer to choose our tree

... a can of coke in the water my sister swears by it for decreasing needle drop!
