Autism, what fun!

Sooooo yesterday wasn't a good day for my 9 year old. He gets an escorted school bus home, due to needs and how far school is from our home. The lovely escort knocked on the door yesterday too drop my son off, and politely told me my boy smacked the bus driver round the face whilst wiping his nose! I was in total shock! He has never smacked me or his dad round the face, don't get me wrong he has hit out before but only on the body, and only me or his dad, and brothers. He hasn't hit out for a while though. So had to ring school this morning and explain situation, and they said he was probably annoyed as he does it himself at school, he so I felt awful that he had done it! Autism, what fun!

Oh no, poor kid he must have been frustrated at something. I hope the bus driver was OK and understanding.

I think it's a very long day for him, he gets picked up at 8.10 ish then doesn't get home till 4.30 - 4.45
He probably just wanted to get home and relax
