This little tie strap tunic fits 12-18 month size. It is hand made in Poly cotton, with an applique'd fleece motif. (I have used fleece rather than felt, as I know the colour will not run!) If you need a different size, I can custom make this for you.
Gorgeous as a little summer suntop, but will also pretty up any long sleeved top, for extra warmth.
