You'll have to be more careful with dark tiles than with the wooden floors in the pics to make sure it works - get some sample cards and stick them to your skirting boards!

I might do kitchen white, but then hall, landing, ect with colour

To make it cheaper get the smallest pot of a darker shade of blue or green and a cheap as you can get it bog standard eggshell white and mix them together the color you want up. You can do the same with full gloss but I always think eggshell gives a more vintage feel). Gloss and eggshell mix fine togeather and acrylic and emulsion mix togeather

I think your kitchen is very clean white/black maybe some green herbs or something instead of paint





Or maybe some tiles in colour on the backsplash from your stove
