Hi, I am fairly new to the reusables and washing and stuff, and just been reading your posts - as realised that Erin's nappies would get a good wash but I could still smell wee - I wasn't sure if it was my oober sensitive nose (from being pregnant with her!) or not, and I mentioned it when buying my nappies. The lady recommended Eco Sprout wash - so I bought a sample and put the wash on a 2 hour cycle - it's bloody brilliant!
I'd alsready tried the rinse before wash method and I didn't think it made much difference, but this stuff definitely does, and they feel clean - really clean, but still soft.
Anyway, just thought I'd let you know! It's expensive, but I figured if it is better for the nappies and gets them CLEAN then they will last longer??

Thanks for all the info on this. Now I know why I itch like crazy since I recently purchased some 'special offer' washing powder (Daz-never again).
