I'm getting more and more passionate about cloth pads / cloth sanitary protection (CSP). The more I think about them the more it makes sense, the more I use them the more I love them :wine:

(and the more I resent the times when I have to buy a pack of sweaty disposable ones!). I want to tell the world about cloth pads and get lots of other ladies loving them too!

Well OH has been and deposited his "specimen" today so we now still have that glimmer of hope of another baby some time in the future. The only worry now is that I just keep thinking what if it all goes wrong and it doesn't freeze properly or it can't be used. Usually people are asked to give 2 or 3 samples over the same amount of weeks to give better chances but we have just the one lonely pot in a freezer somewhere with our name on it. MONDAY 7th

2 slices wholemeal toast with banana and honey
decaf coffee and soya milk
HUGE salad with tomato, cucumber, rocket, falafel, olives, avocado
black decaf coffee
water
2 Flapjacks made with vegan butter, agave syrup muscavado sugar, banana oatts...
